Robert W. Scherreik

Robert Scherreik has been the President of Pyramid Brokerage company's Hudson Valley office located in Newburgh, NY since 2012, where has managed operations in the lower and mid Hudson Valley with 15 agents and staff.

For the first 25 years of his career in commercial real estate, Robert was Vice President and Principal of McBride Corporate Real Estate, Inc. in Central Valley, NY. Prior to that, he was a financial executive with General Motors Corporation. Robert is a licensed broker in New York and New Jersey. Robert is a 1976 graduate of Georgetown University, where he earned his BSFS in International Economics and his MBA from the University of Michigan in 1980. He has earned designations for CCIM (Commercial Investment Institute), Active Industrial and Active Office designations from SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), and the MCR designation (Master in Corporate Real Estate) from CRENET.

During the past five years, Bob brokered the sale or leasing of over 3,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial space, 350,000 sq. ft. of office space, 1,200 apartment units, and over 2,500 acres of residential and commercial land, the aggregate value of which exceeds $800 million.
