Roberto Magno

Roberto founded CastleArch Property Advisors with over 20 years of real estate investment, brokerage and advisory experience. Prior to starting CastleArch, Roberto was a broker on the downtown team at Lincoln Property Company – one of the country’s largest, privately held real estate companies – where he was involved in over 200 sale and lease transactions, aggregating over 1 million square feet of space. As a former practicing CPA, Roberto began his career with the real estate practice at Ernst & Young, working on various audit and consulting assignments for local owners and operators, as well as national and international investment advisors. Roberto later joined the acquisition team at New Boston Fund, where he was directly involved in the origination, underwriting, due diligence and closing of over $200 million in commercial real estate property acquisitions.

Additionally, as co-founder of CastleArch Partners, LLC, Roberto has been an active hands-on property investor and developer since 2001. Along with his partners and other investors, Roberto has personally acquired, renovated and sold over $30 million in residential investment properties throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He also regularly invests in syndicated opportunities of institutional quality office, retail and multi-family properties throughout the region.

Roberto holds a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York state. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and is a licensed broker in Massachusetts.
