My homebuying experience with Robin was excellent. She was responsive and flexible and creative, which was essential to get the home of our dreams. Her recommendations for inspection and mortgage were spot on and Kaylin in the office was a great resource and was completely on top of everything needed for the transaction. The service provided by Robin and her team was amazing. I never thought that the process of buying a home could go so well.

It's my pleasure to write this review on Robin Anderson selling my home. I would like to think that everyone is looking for the perfect realtor to work with. It's important to find someone professional, trustworthy, confident, and assertive. These are just a few character traits that describe Robin. I'm proud to say that because of Robin our home was the highest selling home in our community ever. I couldn't have accomplished that without her. I would recommend Robin over and over again. Robin and her team were simply incredible. My wife and I were nervous about both finding our forever home and selling our existing but Robin made the transition seem effortless. No doubt from her years of experience.
Communication was great and everyone was so patient with our questions or requests.
All in all the entire team did a tremendous job at making sure we were comfortable. We can’t thank them enough.

Robin and Kaylin helped us purchase our first home. We can't say enough good things about working with them through the whole process. We started looking at homes in March. Once the lockdown began, Robin kept us informed about when we would be able to resume and begin looking again. Robin is incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and personable. She made it easy to see homes we were interested in and was able to alleviate the stress of home-buying, making the experience an enjoyable one (who can say that?). Once we found our dream home, Robin got everything drafted up immediately so that we were the first offer on the house. Once the sellers accepted, Robin and Kaylin helped us navigate the process from start to finish. They are truly the best! Thanks again!

Robin Anderson is a first rate realtor and we are lucky to have her as our realtor to sell our elderly parent's home in Aston, Pennsylvania. From the beginning Robin was knowledgeable and very positive about how she would market and sell the house. We were under a time crunch because my parents wanted to use the proceeds from the house to purchase another. Robin wasted no time and suggested valuable information about what we needed to do to sell the house as quickly as possible to net the highest return. While we were panicking, Robin never lost her cool. She was as cool as a cucumber during the whole process. Robin delivered exactly what she promised and after 2 days on the market the house sold for way above our expectations. In addition, she also shrewdly negotiated the repairs needed to sell the home. To top it off, Robin also arranged a quick 30 day closing, helped with junk removal and suggested very affordable and reliable out of state movers. In conclusion, Robin Anderson exceeded our expectations as a realtor. She made a normally stressful and hectic situation rather painless. I would definitely use her again and have already recommended her to several others who were also quite happy with her realtor expertise. Robin Anderson does not disappoint. No need to hesitate, call her for all your realty needs!

Where to begin? When my husband and I decided to sell our house and buy our 'forever home' our former realtor recommended Robin. What a blessing that was! Robin told us exactly what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell. She was convinced it would sell quickly, though I was skeptical. Our house was on the market for 5 days and had 2 offers prior to going under contract. Robin also was integral in getting us our new home. We thought we found our dream home, and Robin worked hard to get us that house, despite there being another offer. She guided us through inspection negotiations, and through the painful process of losing that house after the seller refused to negotiate. Two weeks later we found a house we love that was the actual dream home, and once again, Robin worked hard to make sure that we had a 30 day closing to align with selling our house. Everyone Robin recommended during the process was incredible, from the mortgage officer to the home inspector. Kaylin was also phenomenal...she was always available to answer questions or get us the information we needed. Buying a new home was not the smoothest process for us, but working with Robin and Kaylin made the process so much easier. Our family will always be thankful to them!

Their response time and attentiveness to detail were crucial in getting us the house of our dreams. We are so thrilled with our home and love it more every day now that we are in it. Despite all the challenges brought about by COVID, Robin and her team went above and beyond to assure our process went smoothly! Always having a contingency plan in place for anything that came about due to all the restrictions.
