When you hear the word home, what comes to mind? Visions of get-togethers with friends and family? A safe haven where you can ‘let your hair down,’ put on your comfy clothes and relax?

Prior to a long-standing, successful real estate career, Robin headed up the marketing efforts for a number of high-tech firms and enjoyed a successful sales career with Kraft General Foods. She has called Northern Virginia home for the last 40+ years and know this area intimately. Robin would like to say that when she is not selling homes she is doing something completely unrelated to the field (that would probably make her look a lot more interesting!), but the truth is when she is not working you are likely find her thumbing through a variety of home design books and magazines or watching HGTV while cooking (wait, that counts as something else, right?). She admits it, she is a bit obsessed!
Robin will end by answering her own question. When she hears the word home she is filled with combination of serene joy and immense calm. She has visions of special moments both big (holidays, parties, milestones) and small (quiet times reading bedtime stories to her children or dreaming about tomorrow with her husband). Home fills all of her senses in a profoundly simple way.
