Robin specializes in selling residential real estate in Madison and Limestone county Alabama, she has consistently been a top producing Realtor since 2007. As a full service agent she owns a property management company, Robin Cotton Properties, where she manages single and multi family homes. Her family owns Madison Band Supply, a band an orchestra store. Robin plays clarinet and flute in several community ensembles to keep her balanced. It is so much easier to sell something you love! Robin Cotton is, by far, the best realtor in Madison. She knows each neighborhood as well as the surrounding areas like the back of her hand. We have worked with Robin twice in purchasing a home, and selling a home. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has excellent negotiation skills.

After purchasing our home we wanted to do some upgrades and upon asking her she returned to me with a list of her personal recommendations, all of which were great. We cannot recommend Robin enough!
