Robin Cotton is, by far, the best realtor in Madison. She knows each neighborhood as well as the surrounding areas like the back of her hand. We have worked with Robin twice in purchasing a home, and selling a home. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has excellent negotiation skills.

After purchasing our home we wanted to do some upgrades and upon asking her she returned to me with a list of her personal recommendations, all of which were great. We cannot recommend Robin enough!
