Robin Dykes

Robin Clark Dykes is a Del Mar expert and longtime resident since 2000, aside from four years in Silicon Valley. With nearly 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and community involvement, Robin brings a wealth of expertise to her real estate career, including a 14-year tenure at AT&T Wireless, where she specialized in sales and mergers and acquisitions. A proud member of M&A (Machoskie & Associates), one of Southern California’s top real estate teams led by Katie Machoskie, Robin leverages her local expertise and M&A’s affiliation with REALM, the COMPASS Military Division, and The Private Client Network.

Robin and her husband have raised their two children in Del Mar, Solana Beach, and NorCal's Los Altos. One of their children still attends local schools, while the other is in college. She has served on PTA boards, is a current director on her HOA board, and is an active member of Solana Beach Presbyterian Church. Her passion for real estate began at 29 with her first condo purchase and has grown through years of buying, selling, and supervising remodeling projects. A University of Colorado graduate, Robin enjoys hiking, yoga, and beach outings, reflecting her deep connection to the community.
