Robin has been a Godsend for me. I live in Colorado and purchased a rental 4-plex in Cheyenne. Not only did she help me with the purchase, the lender, the closing, etc. she has continued to assist me with any issues I have had after that. I needed to get in touch with the builder for a warranty issue, and she has assisted with that and all my other questions. Highly recommend working with Robin for all your real estate needs in the area!

Robin Foreman is in so many ways the realtor you need for either buying or selling property in the Cheyenne, Wyoming area. She is very professional and hires the best professionals to work for her such as mover's, cleaner's, photographer's inspector's, maintenance work and most of all Buyer's for "you & your" property. My three siblings and I had the tremendous fortune of hearing about Robin Foreman by word of mouth. She came highly recommended by the attorney for our brother’s estate and worked closely with us from the moment we inherited the property after our brother’s passing, to the final closing a year later.

If we were to write a book about our journey, Robin would be the heroine. She had an immediate solution and resource for each issue that arose and easily navigated coordinating and communicating with four siblings living in four different states across the country. Robin made the option of electronic signing available and ensured the process went smoothly for each one of us, despite our varying degrees of technical access and expertise. Although our situation presented challenges that would have been unusual for any realtor, Robin handled them all with charm and grace. Her knowledge, expertise, resourcefulness, and professionalism were invaluable to us in every step of the process. Thank you Robin!

Our experience with Robin was the best we have ever had with a real estate agent. She was very patient and kind when we had to take an extended break from looking for a new home. When we were ready, she helped us get our home with a perfect closing date, and kept us on track to meet it. She also paid to have our new home cleaned because the previous owner had left it very dirty, which was above and beyond our expectations, again.

Robin has been a delight to work with from start to finish. I moved from out of state, and only had one day to tour homes so she helped me curate a list based on my wants & needs and then toured EIGHTEEN houses with me in one day. When I found the one (#17/18) she helped me negotiate fairly. I had to return to out of state during the purchase process, and she met with all the inspectors to ensure they were thorough and pass on any concerns. She helped me coordinate a remote signing and made sure the house was in good shape before I arrived!

She listened to our needs in a home, both recommending available homes that were along the lines of what we were looking for and following up on every inquiry we made ourselves. Her availability is amazing - she'll never leave you in the lurch and worked around our rotating work schedules. She has great connections for all services related to home buying. She also never pressured us and pointed out things she knew we would not be happy with just as readily as she pointed out things we would be happy with. I can't imagine ever working with another realtor after working with Robin. She goes so far above and beyond to be helpful; even nearly a year after we sold and purchased a home, I am able to ask her questions and get immediate responses and help. I don't know how she does it. It felt like she had a team of ten people at her disposal even though I knew it was just her. We had a stressful sale but an uneventful buy and she was there every step of the way (I am also certain she had a hand in getting our offer accepted among several competitive bids). Not only is Robin a fantastic realtor, she's an involved and engaged community member and someone anyone would be proud to call a friend after working with her. Wow! Wow! Wow! Robin is amazing! She goes above and beyond! She worked with us at our convenience which included weekdays, early mornings, evenings, late nights, and weekends. When a house came on the market, she would schedule a walk through first thing. When we were out of town, she would walk through the house and facetime us! She was available anytime we needed! She quickly got an idea of what we were looking for which made our experience very comfortable since we knew she understood what we needed in a home. She is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. Robin came highly recommended from a friend and we can truly say she did not disappoint. She was very easy to work with, was never pushy, and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the home-buying process, as we were first time homebuyers with loads of questions. She really listens to what you’d like in a house and does her best to show you houses that fit your needs at whatever pace you’d like. When we ran into issues with the seller near closing, Robin went above and beyond to help us out in order to make the transition into our new home as smooth as possible. To this day, Robin has remained in contact to keep us informed of events going on around town and even sends us gifts cards to use at local restaurants. Robin was so attentive and kind. We had a unique situation because we were relocating to Texas before the sale of our home in Cheyenne. It was quite the take on for Robin, with a lot more work involved. Robin never made us feel stressed or worried, she took care of everything with a smile and truly went the extra mile! Robin even helped us with another matter that needed to be completed due to long distance relocation, and if it weren't for her, we wouldn't have gotten done what we needed to.
