Robin met all or demands. Even when we thought it would be impossible she was right there finding what we needed in a home. She was so friendly and positive it helped us to relax. Robin was there for all questions we had and didn't hesitate to get right back to us when we needed anything. She was very honest and worked around the clock. Robin was amazing. She set up multiple homes to view, and was always willing to wait for me. I was driving almost 2 hours after work to find a new home. She was always honest in what she saw whether good or bad. She would definitely be my first call if I want to move again.

Well, I am the slowest, most indecisive house shopper in the world but that doesn't deter Robin! She responds to all my calls and questions and shares her knowledge. She points out things I would never notice but I'm glad she did. She has helped members of my family and everyone thinks she's great. Robin has been excellent from the 1st time we meet, until years after the sale! Our house was purchased when Obama was in office, and she worked diligently to reach a deadline to claim the 1st time home buyers tax credit. Even years after the sale she has followed up with us making sure we filed our occupancy permit, and recieved the proper tax breaks for it. I'm so glad that she was our realtor, and will recommend her to anyone searching for a home! Thanks again Robin!

Robin was instrumental in the sale of my house. In my particular case there were challenges in getting the house ready for sale. Robin knew exactly what buyers are looking for and provided good advice regarding what we needed to focus on to get the house ready. There is not enough space or time to tell you have fortunate i have been to work with Robin over the last several years and as of recent the last few months. I purchased my first home back in 2015 and I recall being excited but nervous because it was a dream come true but a daunting task, Robin' patience with me to educate me on what to look for in a home (things that are often overlooked through the eyes of new buyers and can cause major issues if ignored), she went above and beyond in working closely with all parties involved when listing agent dropped the ball Robin stepped in to make sure everyone got what they needed.

A few years later I purchased my first rental property and Robin helped me by educating me on the nuisances of being a landlord. Found me an excellent home that I still own till this day. And every tenant that I've had loves the home and area (so my goal was achieved).

Then came time to upgrade my primary and purchase again, Robin spent many nights showing me houses to work around my schedule until we found my home with amazing neighbors and all my wishlist items (i got very lucky).

Now this year, i have since moved out of state and needed to buy a home to house a family member, Robin to the rescue! In this uber competitive market with some solid guidance and a little time we found a great home for my family. I went under contract trusting Robin's eyes, intuition, and knowledge of myself as a buyer but the market at large (i went under contract sigh unseen) and I would do it all over again. That goes to show the level of trust I have established over the years especially when I'm a control freak haha. She knows her stuff!

If you are looking to buy a home where you can raise a family, feel at peace, or hold for the long term as a solid investment than Robin is your agent. She will go above and beyond to ensure you are making an informed decision. No house is perfect but a solid home is (there is a difference between the two) and Robin sells homes. So trust her judgement, be honest in your conversations and open minded and she will not let you down. Everyone i send her way has been more than satisfied and you will too.

The home buying process can be frustrating at times and we sometimes feel like we are working against the clock but it does take time. Robin will invest that time if you are doing the same.

Robin helped us buy our first home, then 7 years later she helped us sell and buy another home. Robin has such patience, and she really listens to her clients. She showed us houses all over, and sometimes on short notice. She was amazing. She is knowledgeable, and she takes the time to explain things to you and she does her research! I can’t really say enough good things about Robin or else I’d be here all day writing a book. She really cares about each one of her clients and always is willing to go above and beyond to make sure they are happy and get the home they want. She had a keen eye for any issues in each one of the homes we looked at and she was even willing to do day trips and travel farther if needed so we could find our dream home. We finally settled on a home in Monroe and Robin made sure everything went smoothly in the process and also informed us of important things we needed to do immediately after closing and why. I’ve dealt with other not so great realtors in the past and a Robin is few and far between. In this market and any other market you definitely want a Robin on your side!!!!!
