Robin Kelly

As a co-founder and principal of The Team - Real Estate Advisors at Coldwell Banker Realty, Robin Kelly fluidly integrates her business and design experience and education to deliver professional real estate marketing and consulting services. The client relationship is paramount, and Robin strives to provide flawless experiences for both her seller and buyer clients.

Robin studied design and marketing, worked in the luxury retail industry with Saks Fifth Avenue, and later earned an MBA in management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. With a lifelong interest in architecture and residential design, Robin has enjoyed project managing multiple home renovations for herself and her family: a 1940s bungalow in Austin, a c.1900 former bowling alley on Orient Harbor in New York, two Cambridge condos, and an 1871 Mansard Victorian in Union Square, Somerville.

Robin is a tireless advocate for her clients, both buyers and sellers. She believes the successful real estate experience begins with education: about the process and about the market. Robin arms her clients with the information they need to make educated decisions and then sets out to procure the best offer or find just the right property.

A Massachusetts native, Robin has called Cambridge and Somerville home since 2002. She is a graduate of Parsons School of Design and the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. An active community member both professionally and personally, Robin has served on the Advisory Board for the McCombs MBA Alumni Network; on the Steering Committee of Participatory Budgeting in Cambridge; on the Grant Review Committee of The Philanthropy Connection; and she currently serves on Somerville’s Historic Preservation Commission and the Professional Standards Committee of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Since affiliating with Coldwell Banker as a REALTOR® in 2003, Robin has established herself as a top area agent, earning numerous achievements and professional designations over the years. She has guided clients through more than 400 successful transactions, representing over $300,000,000 in sales, and has achieved the Coldwell Banker International Society of Excellence.
