I worked with her to both sell a house and to purchase a new house. Her perseverance and loyalty were amazing. She went to great lengths to sell my house for the best price in a very sluggish sellers market in 2011 when other agents seemed to let me down. She even helped me organize and follow through with a very successful estate sale to sell off most of the furniture and accessories From my home. She went on to demonstrate unbelievable patience and Endurance in my very lengthy quest for the best short sale I could find in the North Brevard area. Between 2011 and 2013. It was an arduous task to stay with me throughout the many months long process of endless negotiations but she stuck by me and helped me to find a home in Merritt Island that has proven a fantastic investment. I cannot say enough about what a great agent she is.

She is through and keep following things real quick and gave me the detailed information about the market, loan process and the best way to do the contract and stuffs like that. Highly likely to recommend 10/15/2015 - chops unlimited Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Indialantic, FL. Simply put, I needed a lifeline. I had faced multiple attempts over a few years to sell my house in a market that was severely impacted due to poor decisions made by our financial institutions years back. I was stuck. Then, a relocation across the country. Renters had turned into a poor choice for a host of reasons. Over almost a three year time span there were six separate short sale attempts, three separate deed of lieu attempts and the only thing left appeared to be foreclosure. During those separate attempts, I would re assign the task to different agents in hopes of finding the one. All good. All respected. ROBIN was suggested to me as an agent that didn't play around and could get it done!
