I love working hard for my clients! Providing market insider information to help buyers find the home of their dreams and then educating and communicating with them throughout the process is my goal. I also enjoy helping sellers get a good understanding of market conditions and providing them information to help their home sell quickly and at top dollar. I have experience with bank owned properties from FNMA to HUD, short sales, and traditional sales. I hold a BA from CSU Fullerton in Advertising and Marketing. I also hold the Graduate Realtor Institute designation which involves more than 90 hours of advance education in real estate practice & law.

Robin helped me sort through a plethora of upgrade options I had heard might help me sell my home/rental house. She expertly scaled back my list of possible upgrades to those that are required by law and those that would impact buyers the most, saving me time and money. When I asked questions about real estate procedures others recommended that sounded odd (though profitable) to me, in minutes she sent me chapter and verse from real estate law and regulation, explaining what was legal, ethical and good business. She saved me from some very questionable deals others recommended. Robin was always available, on top of everything that needed to be done, and expertly interpreted the feedback she received to help me sell the house quickly. She also worked seamlessly with upgrade, repair and insurance claim personnel I had contracts with and always had a very reasonably priced craftsman available when I didn’t know the right person for a task. I would, without any reservations, recommend Robin Searle to anyone buying or selling a home. She knows real estate and lives service!
