Robin worked from day one to provide me with good homes that met or exceeded my criteria. But it didn't stop there. After we got the house on contract, Robin answered all of my questions, made smart suggestions, and helped me navigate to close quickly and easily. She is extremely knowledgeable about every part of the process, but didn't overwhelm me with a tidal wave of information. She is very honest, assertive, and willing to do that extra little bit to make sure you get your dream home. I would recommend her services to anyone.

Robin exceeded all of our expectations during the sale of our house. Robin’s experience as a realtor and her professionalism made the entire process go smoothly.

Before listing our house, Robin suggested a number of simple updates to make our house more appealing to buyers. This allowed us to get a higher sales price than we anticipated. Robin also provided us with a number of tips and recommendations when staging the house that made our house look stunning.

Robin utilized a professional photographer which resulted in incredible photos. These were posted to all of the top real estate websites. Robin also put together an amazing, professionally produced, glossy brochure to assist in the marketing of the house.

Robin held a number of open houses, including an open house specifically for realtors in the area who might have clients that would be interested. She kept us up to date every step along the way. She provided us with timely, detailed feedback from realtors and their clients for all showings and open houses. She also provided us with weekly updates on all on-line activity. Robin was always available to answer any questions we had. She promptly returned all calls and emails.

Once we received an offer, Robin’s experience and savviness as a negotiator allowed us to receive the maximum amount for our house and quickly close a deal.

We would definitely use Robin in the future and recommend her to all of our friends and family.

Robin͏ recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home. We both work strange schedules with long hours, and Robin was so helpful and accommodating to our needs. I've had friends looking for homes for years, putting numerous offers in with no luck - I was worried we'd need to compromise our wish list or risk being in the same boat. Not the case. She took a lot of time to schedule MANY homes on short notice, ultimately helping us view and close on a home that checked all of our boxes in under three months.
She was very informative, giving honest feedback during tours and devoting time at all hours of the day to answer questions and address our general needy cluelessness. We had put a total of two offers in on different homes, and felt confident each time that we were coming in with solid and fair numbers, thanks to her research and guidance. From general mortgage questions to some thoughts on home inspections, Robin made us feel secure and informed on all of our decisions every step of the way.

Great Professionalism and knowledge of how to get our house sold!
Robin took away all of my uncertainty and fear of selling our house in a very fast and changing market. She gave us all the information we needed to prepare our house, facilitated staging for excellent pictures and basically made this process effortless. Once listed, we had many showing requests on the first day and it sold immediately. She then guided us through all the steps needed to complete the sale and made a sometimes stressful process very easy. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. Robin is a true professional. She went out of her way to help my son who lives in Baltimore...even though she isn't from Baltimore and she wouldn't make a dime for her time. I needed to sell my home quickly, because I was moving across the country. My realtor for the house I was buying recommended Robin to me.

After contacting Robin, she was able to come over and check out my home, talk to me about what needed to be improved in order for me to sell quickly, then helped me place my home on the market within a few days.

Only five days after the home was on the market, numerous people were coming to check it out daily, and some were placing offers.

We used Robin’s help to sell our home. She was one of the most responsive realtors we found even when we were shopping for one. Robin did everything she could to make the sale fast and easy- be it in decision making to take up an offer or to negotiate prices. Despite being in a different state and later in a different country during the time of the sale, Robin was always accessible to answer questions, with her response time being less than 6hrs despite time zone differences. This was our 5th home purchase. Prior to Robin, the only agent/Agency I would have recommended would have been Coldwell Banker. This home search/purchase was different. On a Saturday night I was surfing one of the Real Estate Search companies and clicked a "Need more information" button". Within 5 minutes Robin called me. It was not her listing but she reached out to me...on a Saturday night! That was the start of the journey to buy our dream home. Big obstacles in the way: We were out of state AND in a Pandemic with both travel and interactions limited or eliminated. I first met Robin at an open house in 2018 as I was starting the early stages of house exploration as a potential first-time homebuyer. We had a good conversation, and I learned more about what might be ahead. In the months that followed, she indicated an interest in working as my realtor and helped me understand how working with a realtor throughout the process could be helpful. Around the beginning of 2019 I brought Robin on as my realtor and moved further down the road. She worked closely with me on what would be a robust process, with much research, many questions, and dozens of houses viewed in the fast-moving marketplace that suburban Pittsburgh could be. Not only did she give me solid guidance, but she also worked with her well-developed network to help me have additional expertise involved where needed. Once a decision was made, her negotiating skills helped me to buy at a significant discount from the most recent listing price, which included meaningful steps toward addressing items identified in the home inspection.
