I have had the pleasure of knowing Robin for over 20 years and working with her for more than 7 years. She is a dream! The perfect mix of patience and persistence. Her attention to the details is like no other person I know! She is savvy about the housing market and works tirelessly with her clients to prepare their home for sale or find them the perfect house to buy! We sold our house in 2022 and didn't even have to think who our realtor would be. There was only one choice for us... Robin! She's simply the best! We had a lot of work to do to get our home ready for sale, but she was in the trenches with us at every turn, referring us to the best handyman, carpet guys and painters. She helped get rid of what needed to go (yes, physically carrying it out herself!) and fix what needed repair, and got the stager in too! She worked her magic with her team and was able to get us a top dollar, cash offer in just five days from listing it! No project is too big or small... she treats all of her clients equally! And she isn't overwhelmed by what needs to happen to get a house ready, she just tackles it with determination, taking so much pressure off the seller! I've seen her do this time and time again with other sellers too. She has a team of helpers behind the scenes that make everything go smoothly. That's because she's an incredible person and people love working with her. We can't thank her enough for helping us through our home sale, which is usually a difficult process. We have known Robin for many years. Our kids went to school together. She is a very thorough realtor. She worked very hard to make sure our home was in selling condition. She even went the extra mile on the night before closing, we had a problem that needed to be resolved and was at our house until about 11PM. We have worked with Robin over the past 3 years searching endlessly for our dream home. We must have visited over 300+ homes over the number of years with a few misfires rentals and on purchases. Robin's professionalism never wavered and her patient, consistent responsive presence to always deliver is unmeasured! Robin's guides you through every step of the process. From staging your home to having professional pictures taken (that makes a big difference) to explaining the details of the offers on your home. She is very responsive and returns calls or texts promptly.

When showing us homes, she points out things about the house that we would have never seen or known to look for.

She sold our condo in Odenton Md in 2 days, and our house in Pasadena Md in less than a week.

She is a great realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell a house.

Not only is she knowledgeable about the market, but she is personable, patient, honest, and is one to pay close attention to details that could be easily missed by home buyers such as myself and my husband. Robin is far and away the best realtor I have ever worked with. We were assigned Robin as our realtor by the company that was paying to move us to MD about 7 years ago. This was a Fortune 500 company that does their homework. We had just a few weekends to work. Robin was prepared, tireless and very patient! Robin is the most hard working and competent professional I met! I would not want any other person working on buying and selling our home; which we did both with her and our newborn baby! She responded immediately to any of the complicated questions I had pertaining to the home buying and selling process.
I had a long list of homes I wanted to visit and she made it happen with her organizational skills and expertise. She was a true advocate for what a fair asking and selling price was. We ended up sealing the deal on our home when many other homes were quickly selling in the Montgomery County area. She also had the diverse knowledge to help us list our Baltimore home and work through all the legalities of the process with the city.
