Robinson Seda Jr. has over 20+ years of experience in real estate including property management, asset management, real estate financing, development, construction, sales and executive management in South Florida and New York.
Mr. Seda is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and holds a BBA in Public Accounting from the City University of New York, Baruch College. Mr. Seda is a CCIM candidate.
Mr. Seda was held various positions including, Regional Controller of Real Estate Operations for Terremark Group, a full service regional real estate development and management firm. Controller of KB Commercial Real Estate Group, a boutique commercial real estate and mortgage brokerage firm. Asst. Controller, Pan Am Equities Inc., a privately held real estate investment company in New York. Most recently Mr. Seda holds the position as Broker of Lifter Realty Inc., a full service commercial and residential brokerage and management firm and Controller of Lifter Enterprises, a privately held real estate investment trust.
Major accomplishments:
Mr. Seda represented the Seller on the sale of 8-Walgreens stores to Walgreens Company in 2008 along with broker and Seller representative on the sale of 1-Walgreens store in Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Seda was also the Seller representative on the sale of 35 acres of multi-unit zoned land in Miami Dade County and was the broker on over $1,000,000 worth of residential sales also.
