As the Owner and Managing Broker of The Real Estate Agency, an independent boutique brokerage based in Lafayette, Indiana, my passion has always been rooted in serving our local community.
I firmly believe that real estate is more than buying and selling homes — it’s about relationships, trust, and investing in the place we call home. Our brokerage proudly embraces a “love local” philosophy, supporting and strengthening the Lafayette Indiana community by encouraging the use of locally owned businesses.
In addition to leading my brokerage, I am the Team Leader of The Bower Group at The Real Estate Agency, where collaboration, professionalism, and personalized service are at the core of what we do.
My commitment to the industry extends beyond my clients. I currently serve on the Lafayette Board of Realtors Service Corporation Board of Directors, contribute as a committee member for the Indiana Association of Realtors State Forms Committee, and proudly serve as Co-Chair of the Lafayette Board of Realtors Fair Housing and DEI Committee. These roles reflect my dedication to ethical practice, inclusivity, and the continued growth of our profession.
I was honored to serve as President of the Lafayette Regional Association of Realtors in 2022 and to receive the Realtor of the Year award the same year — recognition that represents not just personal achievement, but a deep commitment to both clients and colleagues. Serving our local community, I have been honored to have been nominated in 2025 and 2026 for Best Real Estate Agent for Best of the Wabash.
