Nine boroughs and two townships across about twenty-one square miles: Sewickley, Sewickley Heights, Sewickley Hills, Edgeworth, Glen Osborne, Leetsdale, Bell Acres, Glenfield, Haysville, and the townships of Leet and Aleppo. People outside the area call all of it Sewickley. The distinctions are worth real money, and a buyer who does not know which side of a line a house sits on either overpays or walks away from the right property. I am fourth generation here, born in Sewickley Heights, and I have been licensed in Pennsylvania since October 2014.

I spend that weekend showing them how the eleven municipalities actually differ, where the commute lands them, and which one matches what they had pictured.
