About Robyn
I sell homes in the eleven municipalities that make up the Quaker Valley School District, and I was born in one of them.
Nine boroughs and two townships across about twenty-one square miles: Sewickley, Sewickley Heights, Sewickley Hills, Edgeworth, Glen Osborne, Leetsdale, Bell Acres, Glenfield, Haysville, and the townships of Leet and Aleppo. People outside the area call all of it Sewickley. The distinctions are worth real money, and a buyer who does not know which side of a line a house sits on either overpays or walks away from the right property. I am fourth generation here, born in Sewickley Heights, and I have been licensed in Pennsylvania since October 2014.
If you are looking at one of my listings right now, call me directly. I am the listing agent and I have walked the house, so I can tell you what the photos leave out and what the last few comparable sales on that street actually closed at. I will also say so if it is the wrong house for you, which happens often enough that people remember it.
If you are thinking about selling, here is how I work. I price against what is moving on your specific street rather than a district-wide average. I make the renovation and staging calls in the six weeks before launch, because that window returns more than any price cut afterward. Then professional photography and a marketing plan I take you through line by line before anything goes live. In its 2026 Who's Who list, the Pittsburgh Business Times ranked The Robyn Jones Group 18th among the top 25 residential agents and teams in the Pittsburgh region, on $45,459,974 of 2025 sales over 33 transaction sides. FastExpert ranked me the number one agent in Sewickley that same year.
Families relocate here for the schools, and most of them decide on a single weekend visit. My own children are in Quaker Valley and at Watermark Classical Academy, which means I have sat through the tours, the meetings, and the parts of both that no ranking site publishes. I spend that weekend showing them how the eleven municipalities actually differ, where the commute lands them, and which one matches what they had pictured.
I also represent buyers in Wexford, Franklin Park, and Moon Township, and I work with first-time buyers without rushing them. Expect me to explain the written buyer agreement that has been standard since the 2024 rule changes, along with what your costs really look like at closing.
I have lived in this valley my whole life and my children are being raised in it. I helped found Christ Church at Grove Farm, we worship now at North Way Christian Community, and I give time to the Child Health Association of Sewickley and to Folds of Honor.
The Robyn Jones Group is Megan Grau, Jameson Kaupp, and me. Our office is at 519 Broad Street in Sewickley. Call or text 412-973-7277, or email rjones@piattsir.com.
