Robyn helped our family to find our dream home. We were moving from out of state and had never even visited before we chose this location and decided to look at homes. It was the first home purchase that my husband and I had ever done in our lives, and Robyn was there to guide us along the way, one step at a time. She is incredibly responsive and thoughtful. She was a bright guiding light for us during a complicated time in our lives. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience and are so pleased to be in our new home and raising our kids here. We selected Robyn when we purchased our Ridgefield, Washington home in 2007. She was incredible in every way. She listened to our wants and needs and followed through by showing us several homes that most closely met those needs. She spent all the time we needed and helped is to review the pros and cons of each potential choice.
In 2019, we purchased a retirement home in Arizona and it was time to sell our wonderful Ridgefield home of 13 years. We called Robyn because there was no one else we would ever have considered. She came out right away and did a detailed market analysis for us. We presented our rather difficult circumstances (needed to sell but remain in the home for about three months). She gave her honest opinion and pledged to do her best. Well, she pulled it off for us. And she managed to sell our house for a number that was considerably higher than the number we had hoped for. That number was enough to upgrade our new Arizona home (windows, patio and stucco)!
Robyn understands that homes are not merely "listings". They are nest eggs and, in most cases, the most important asset a family has.
We strongly recommend Robyn. You will be glad you did!

Robyn jumped right in to help! She gave us ideas to stage the house, what we could leave in the house for viewing, and what to clear out to storage (the clutter) . It was a long time for us to get ready to sell but Robyn was always right there, only a phone call or text message away. She really knows her stuff!
