My wife and I recently bought our first home- while my wife was on deployment! This meant we had to jump through hoops and the process was overall more complicated and stressful. But Robyn made the process a breeze! For every situation that arose, she had a solution. She was patient with us while we tried to make the best choice on a home and Robyn had amazing integrity throughout the entire process - not rushing us to buy and even steered us away from homes when she thought we could do better. Even if it meant putting in more work on her end! Without Robyn, we could not have confidently purchased a home mid military deployment. She has the experience and the integrity any homebuyer is looking for in an agent. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

I met Robyn after a disastrous home purchase that fell through. I fired my old real estate agent and went to look at a house that Robyn was representing for sale.

While my former agent was cold, unprofessional, and disrespectful, Robyn was her opposite. She took me to several houses each day until I found one I liked, but it was in Portsmouth. While not out of my price range, I wasn’t willing to pay anywhere near the listing price for a house in Portsmouth. I told Robyn the price I would pay for the house, which was 10% below asking. Eventually, she came back with a price that was 9.5% below asking. A few weeks later I was in the house and she left a few home-warming gifts for my wife and I. An all-around awesome experience.

Robyn was simply amazing to work with! Not only is she proficient in the basic blocking and tackling of Real Estate processes/procedures, she is innovative, and knows how to connect with potential buyers.

Case in point - when I sold my house in Corolla, I interviewed several agents. When I met with Robyn, she was able to present her vision of how we could maximize the sales price to a level well-beyond what the others provided. It started with her proposing to flip the script and have an up-front, detailed house inspection performed to identify all deficiencies so they could both be rectified and presented to perspective buyers.

When I communicated my decision to the other local agents, I was essentially told I wouldn’t be able to secure any local workers to provide services for repairs as they were local and embedded.

As a long time player in the 757 Real Estate market, Robyn immediately pivoted to obtaining the skills and talents of trusted partners she had worked with, and cost effectively rolled them down to Corolla to make all necessary repairs and enhancements.

Three weeks later, all painting and repairs were performed, the house was put on the market, and it sold well in excess of the price - others told us - we would never get.

I’ve known Robyn for a good while now and I have seen her go that extra mile (staging houses with furniture & fresh flowers, cutting the lawn, blowing leaves, etc.) for numerous clients.

I highly recommend Robyn if you are selling or buying a house in VA or NC.
I certainly will do so in the future!
