About Robynne
Helping people find the place they’ll call home is what drew Robynne Whitaker to real estate. She believes buying or selling a home is about far more than a transaction—it’s about making confident decisions during important moments in people’s lives. Since 2017, she has helped more than 300 buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Southern Oregon’s Rogue Valley, earning a reputation for thoughtful guidance, honest advice, and unwavering advocacy. In 2026, she and her husband and business partner, Jeffrey Nagel, founded Nestwell Real Estate, a boutique brokerage built on a simple philosophy: exceptional service matters more than being the biggest company in town.
Robynne believes the best real estate experience begins with listening. She takes time to understand each client’s goals, explain their options, and provide the knowledge they need to make informed decisions. Whether helping first-time buyers, marketing a one-of-a-kind property, or negotiating on behalf of a seller, her goal is always the same: helping her clients make the best decisions for their lives, their finances, and their future.
A Rogue Valley resident since 1998, Robynne loves the community she calls home and believes local knowledge makes all the difference. She serves on the board of the Ashland Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with several local organizations. An avid animal lover, she has served on the boards of FOTAS (Friends of the Animals) and SoHumane. These days, she’s happiest volunteering as a dog walker at the Jackson County Animal Shelter.
Before entering real estate, Robynne spent 25 years in public relations and marketing communications, experience that helps her showcase every home’s unique story and reach the right buyers. She holds degrees from Mount Holyoke College and Boston University, has earned the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation, and is committed to continuing education. She also serves on the Oregon Real Estate Forms Committee, which reviews and recommends updates to the standard forms and contracts used by Realtors® across Oregon. That work has given her a deep understanding of the documents that guide every transaction—and another way to help protect her clients’ interests.
When she’s not working, you’ll usually find Robynne tending her garden, practicing yoga or working toward additional teaching certifications, playing music, or enjoying the beauty of Southern Oregon with Jeffrey. She feels incredibly fortunate to help people find not just a house, but a home.
