My office in Susanville California has been established for over 50 years and is located at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. This is an unspoiled part of California with many lakes (including Eagle Lake which is the 2nd largest natural lake in Ca) & recreational opportunities. This area enjoys a clean natural environment with excellent air quality. There is an 18 hole golf course and access to many parks and trails. Lassen Community College offers a good selection of vocational programs including gun smithing, which is one of the top programs in the nation. Banner Lassen Medical Center is a 25 bed critical access hospital and offers a wide range of programs and services. Susanville and the outlying communities are ideal for raising families with less crime, traffic, and lower cost of living.
Carson City Nevada is my home base and is a thriving community with an abundant amount of recreation at your doorstep. Lake Tahoe is minutes away in addition to many hiking and biking trails, ski resorts and other recreational opportunities. Northern Nevada is experiencing tremendous growth and has a very stable economy and job market.
