About Rod
Rod Moore is a Designated Broker and Vice President with WMC Real Estate. He has successfully helped hundreds of clients by guiding, negotiating and closing real estate deals since 1999. He has created a large list of satisfied clients and raving fans, many of which he also calls friends.
He always has been involved in the business of creating "home". After graduating college with a BA in Business and Psychology, Rod worked in retail home furnishings and design, and as a mortgage loan officer. As a broker, he has specialized in new construction, REO (bank-owned) homes, relocation clients, and has recently delved into property management, which means he is able to serve investors and renters in addition to buyers and sellers. His wisdom and knowledge of every aspect of buying and selling a home enables him to offer premier service every step of the way -beautifully staging and marketing homes, ensuring clients are getting the best deal on financing a purchase, and making the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
Ethical and unwaveringly fair, Rod is known for his vast knowledge of local markets, ability to analyze pricing trends, and skillful negotiating on his clients' behalf. "I view myself as an educator who uses discernment and logic to best represent my clients," he says.
Rod grew up in the Southeast, a lifelong University of Alabama fan (Roll Tide!) and has lived in Washington since 1993. He has been joyfully married for 25 years and lives with 3 fantastic children in Woodinville, where he has a positive impact on the community through philanthropy, volunteering, and supporting local businesses. He has lived in the Philippines and traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe, which he credits with his deep regard for different philosophies, cultures, personalities, beliefs, and perspectives. He loves to play, coach and watch sports, especially soccer and football. And as any person who lives and works in the Woodinville area should be, he is an oenophile.
