Kim and Rod were our realtors 10 years ago when we bought our first house. 10 years later when it was time for us to buy another house they were the first realtors that popped up in my mind to call. I really felt they were looking out for what we wanted in a home. They were both responsive, organized, and made the house buying process easy. I recently sold my home with the expert help of the Rod and Kim team.
They made it as easy as 123. (1) Rod called to tell me my home was listed. (2) The next day, Rod called and told me I have two offers. (3) I accepted an offer. That was it. Except for the paperwork. Then I went back to watching TV. Rod did an exceptional job on figuring out the asking price. I have a background in Real Estate and Rod, and I totally agreed on the price.
Then Kim entered the scene. See staged the home for viewing. She did that so well that at one moment I wondered if I should sell.
Kim and a helper moved furniture into the garage to make the home appear larger and arranged the window dressings to make the interior brighter.
Kim placed pictures and decorations around the home for that perfect look.
An old saying, you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Kim is the best realtor ever! Please do yourself a favor and engage her and her husband. This was an amazing decision my husband and I made!
We met with a few realtors, but Kim immediately stood out to us. She clearly had our best interest at heart. Throughout the whole process, we looked at nearly 100 houses and she was so patient and kind. Never once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable! Kim is professional, yet very down to earth. I was pregnant during a pandemic while looking for a house and she could not have been more wonderful to my husband and I. The home she found for us was a perfect match and we cannot wait to raise our son here and grow as a family. We did not even see this house online. She found it and guided us through the process so seamlessly. Please note that we put 2 offers in with her on other homes and they advised us to come in low, as they were overpriced. Our home, Rod and Kim advised us to offer over asking, as the house was underpriced. Kim reccomended that we write a letter about ourselves. Because of this, the sellers chose our offer the same day. Turns out the sellers had a better offer, but went with us because of our letter. Kim is sensational and facilitated the kindest transaction we have ever heard of for our home! When we need to move, Kim will be our first call. Do your family a favor and engage this sensational realtor!
