I was new to the area and actively looking for a house to buy. I did not have a realtor at this point. I attempted to setup a showing through an internet site and was redirected to a local agent. From my initial conversation to the closing of my new house, Rodney was extremely professional and attentive, clueing in on little details that ultimately saved everyone time. He knew exactly what I was looking for and surfed through the listings to narrow it down to my perfect house. From start to being under contract I think was about 1 week. Rodney was great! Very highly recommend if your looking for a house in Leelanau County!
