Rodney was phenomenal from beginning to end of our home buying experience. He asked what we were looking for and showed us numerous houses that checked all of our boxes. He was very cognizant of our budget and very informative and helpful with any and all questions we had. He helped us find a lender for pre approval which gave us bargaining power when it came time to lock in our loan. We ended up getting a rate a full percentage point lower than the original contract after going back and forth with the two lenders. He was always available and made us feel like we were the only clients he had at the time. Never did we feel like we were put on the back burner for someone else. He called one day to ask if I could meet him at a model home in a new subdivision cause he came across something he thought we would want to see. That day my wife and I signed a contract on the perfect house that happened to be the last lot available that checked a very specific box of ours. Rodney went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. We can’t wait to work with Rodney again in the future when we sell this house and buy another.
