About Rodney

After a successful run of owning a multi-location business for 25 years, I spent almost 7 years traveling doing coast to coast training and developing sales teams for a nationwide company. After spending 44 weeks a year for 6.5 years in airports and hotels, I decided to leverage my skills, ditch the travel, and become a REALTOR®. I quickly came to appreciate that I can invest the time to really get to know my clients, learn what their specific needs are, and persist until their needs are met. Of course, the marketing, communication, and negotiating skills remain critically important, but now it’s about building connections and helping others realize their dreams. The approach is different, the drive for results is uncompromised and I have a system in place to provide results for my clients on a consistent basis.
