About Rodrigo

In 2007, Mr. Munguía relocated to Houston, where he initially designed investment projects for Globan Mortgage and Milagro Building Company before joining Century 21 Executive Realty in 2008 now Executive Contractors, Inc. initially as a Realtor and then in 2009 assuming the position of Marketing Director of all the divisions of the Company.
In 2011 Mr. Munguía decided to Open his own consulting Firm D & R Consulting, LLC specializing in Commercial Real Estate, Due Diligence services, Project Management, Investor coaching and land acquisitions; in this capacity he was able to obtain several clients locally in Houston as well as from Mexico and Spain, representing them in the brokerage side of business and development of property.
In 2014 Rodrigo Opened his own Brokerage Firm named D&R Real Estate offering services to home buyers, and Sellers. D&R Real Estate is full-service brokerage firm offering services like home listing for sale, home search for purchase, assistance on home insurance search, assistance on home inspections, Offering assistance to home sellers with Movers, cleaning crews, general home repairs, A/C services, all this services take the pressure of the clients shoulders who only need to sit back and watch how all the intricacies of buying or selling a home are handled for them.
