I don't know if we can call us "difficult customers" but we have to admit Roger has been very helpful and patient.
Considering the crazy market we are all facing , the fact that we were travelling from abroad, implying tight schedule, and we also were not sure about the exact location other than near Phoenix and 30 minutes away from airport, things went quite smoothly.
It was a long process , almost a year, with highs and lows, many visits, but every time Roger was there to help us in our decision process.
He even went the extra miles when we got stuck in Peoria (long story) shopping mall.
Roger was also very helpful with the home inspection process and ease out the negotiation with the seller.
He even put us in contact with a flooring company which did a tremendous job in replacing the carpet upstairs.
Conclusion, we did very much appreciate working with Roger, he is a very open , trustable person, with whom you can have open discussion(and we had some). Roger definitely knows a lot about the market and location.
Thanks Roger, we do really enjoy our new home.

is the closest we’ve ever come to being served by the perfect sales representative in any product or service! Roger has an even keel demeanor and a positive way about him, both of which are important traits in the stressful situations buying a home presents. He is very knowledgeable about the Scottsdale market and even connected us with all the post sale resources needed to help us remodel and prepare our house for our vision of Scottsdale living.

Roger is as good as it gets. He is responsive, professional and amiable. He knows the Phoenix market well and was extremely helpful with my home search. I'm an investor, so my process and search parameters were a little different than most but he was up to the task and provided me with all types of tips and insights about each neighborhood. My husband and I can honestly say that Roger Banning is the only great realtor we have ever worked with. I cannot say enough good things about him that would communicate exactly how professional, hardworking, trustworthy, knowledgeable, understanding, and amazing he is. I know that is a lot of adjectives, but they are not exaggerations. My husband and I had a very difficult situation for any realtor to deal with, and Roger exceeded all our expectations. We were moving from Louisiana and had to find a home in the Phoenix area within just three (3) to four (4) months. The hardest part was not just the timeline, but the fact that we were searching for a home from Louisiana. We could not view the areas or homes in person. We had to rely on Roger for that. And he treated our home search like he was searching for his home. We did not know anything about any of the areas, so he had to narrow down our potential locations. He showed everything we said we wanted and everything we did not know we wanted. He was honest, transparent, and always available. He worked day and night, guided us throughout the process, and helped us figure out the best location, commute, and value for our price range. I truly believe that we found our home because of Roger. I’m not going to lie; it was an emotionally and mentally exhausting process, but we made it to the light at the end of the tunnel because Roger is absolutely the best at what he does. I will always recommend him to anyone buying or selling anywhere in the Phoenix area. Personally, I want to thank Roger for finding my family not just a house, but a home and a community. Words truly fail me.

We just closed on a beautiful ranch-style in Scottsdale. Roger made it happen in a market that is the most competitive for buyers
that I have ever seen. His knowledge of the area is top notch, because he lives there. His suggestions made this purchase smooth and financially fair to both parties. He was on the phone with roofers, insurers, and sellers-subs multiple times per day . He did multiple walk throughs in our absence, since we live out of town. He’s even setting the irrigation and arranging repairs in our absence. I’ve worked with many realtors in my 65 years, he’s by far the best.

Roger is an exceptional real estate professional. I reengaged Roger after he helped me sell my mother's home during a probate process in 2011. To my surprise, he remembered me and immediately made my wife and me feel comfortable and treated us as a top priority. His responsiveness was outstanding. His market knowledge was impressive and he never pressured us to hurry or make a decision. He kept insisting he would only be happy if we were happy. We gave him criteria to help with our search but he began to understand both our spoken and unspoken needs. Despite us pausing our search for a few months, he remained engaged in the background and provided us market updates. After resuming our search, and after numerous house viewings, we were able to find and buy our 'forever' home. Roger also helped us sell our current home after only listing it for 6 days. We could not have had a better outcome. His high integrity, endless energy, and honest feedback was the key to our ultimate success. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a true professional!
