Roger helped my husband and me purchase our first home – just in time for our first baby girl to arrive! It was a long journey that took several months with a lot of rejection, but Roger never gave up on finding us a home. The 3 of us were in a group chat and communicated constantly. He and my husband were at open houses almost every week and/or weekends. Roger recorded great videos to send me since I had to be at work most of the times. Some weekends my husband and I weren’t available and Roger would drive down to OC from Ontario (sometimes with his wife and son) to check out a property for us, take videos and give us all the details to help us make a decision to put in an offer or not. He truly went above and beyond for us. He was always free for a phone or video call to discuss properties, answer questions and so accommodating with my work schedule (I get home anywhere from 7:30-8:30pm). With our final home, we were in a time crunch with The Dream Fund and had to put in an offer asap, but I hadn’t seen the place yet. Roger met me at 9:00pm to show me the place so we would not miss out on the funding from the government program. I cannot express how grateful we are for Roger and everything he’s done for us. We were able to quality for a higher loan and lower mortgage with the new CALFHA Dream For All, which gave us access to higher quality properties. We would not have been able to secure funds for our down payment without Roger’s urgency, knowledge and education about the process. We encountered several agents at different open houses who hadn’t even heard of it, therefore letting their clients miss out on an amazing opportunity. My growing family will forever be grateful for Roger’s genuine effort and time spent to ensure we found the perfect home for us.

I was super nervous on getting me and my family our first home after so many bad experiences with different realtors .

I then met Roger through a family member and her great comments and recommendations and from there i was extremely happy we made the choice with him and his team !

Roger was always helpful and would go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns for us ! He made sure our First Home buying experience was stress free and enjoyable .

Roger is the best realtor I could have ever asked for. I met him through my friend last year. I reached out to Roger to let him know that I was ready to purchase my first investment property. I decided to go with Roger as my realtor because I noticed he was helpful, informative, and highly responsive when helping my friend purchase her first home last September.

While helping me look for my first investment property, Roger was accommodating and answered all of my questions at any time throughout the day. Not only that, but he was beyond patient with me every step of the way. I was very indecisive at first, but he continued to work with me. Roger and I have now become very close friends. Even now that I have moved into my home, Roger continues to send me deals on furniture, appliances, and décor items. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Roger.

I highly recommend Roger because he listens to all of your concerns and considers them so that he can find the perfect house for you. If you are looking to buy a home, I highly recommend going with Roger and his team.

Roger was amazing! Just purchased our home and the whole process was actually not as stressful as we thought it would be, thanks to him and his team. He informed us throughout every step and explained everything in detail when we wouldn't understand. Just to say he even worked on his birthday for us! He listened to every detail we asked for and gave us the best advice. He wouldn't pressure us at all...From the moment we met him he showed nothing but professionalis, he was patient, honest and thoughtful. He actually cared! And just wouldnt let us settle for anything less then what we looked for. Thanks again Roger!
