I purchased 2 homes to rehab and sell. Nancy and Roger listed and sold them. The pictures and slide show in the listings were perfect. Nancy worked hard to find the best buyers for each house. She handled the home inspections with the buyer's inspectors and guided me through all of the paperwork. They made the process painless for me. I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail.

We met with several agents before selecting the Hassler’s and in hindsight know we made the right choice. Their initial presentation was very professional and put us at ease. Roger took excellent photo’s of our home for the online listing which received lots of attention. Two open houses and 6 weeks later, we had a offer in hand. The negotiations went smoothly and we received our asking price. Now the pressure shifted to us as the buyers wanted posession quickly. The Hassler’s helped us find our new home and worked the closing details for both the sale and purchase behind the scenes so that the entire transaction went seamlessly. Many thanks to Roger & Nancy for guiding us along the real estate roadmap and answering all our questions. We would certainly do business again with the Hassler Group and recommend them highly.

I give the Hassler Group a 5 star rating and would recommend Roger & Nancy to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. When my dad unexpectedly passed away they were willing to come out and meet with us and give us direction on what needed to be done in order to sell his home. They guided us through the entire process and answered any questions that we had. About 6 weeks later we were ready to sell... and the property sold in 4 days!!! They are a wonderful couple!
