I have been a Real Estate Agent for over 10 years and take pride in my ability to find the perfect home for my Buyer's. After 20 years previously in the Restaurant business as a manager, I understand how important Service, Quality and Timeliness is in the Real Estate business also. I work very hard to keep up to date on all the real estate trends in my area as well as the state. I concentrate on your needs and requirements and will do whatever it takes to find my buyers the perfect home for their needs. I also am very proud of my sellers and constantly keep them up to date on how their home fairs with other homes in the area. I have even done many repairs for both my Sellers and Buyers so that when they closing takes place all parties involved are happy with the process. I am also very active in my community as the Silver Springs Shores Resident Assoc. president and Grand Knight of my Knights of Columbus council. I've know Roger for approx. 5 years via the Knights of Columbus, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Roger currently is Grand Knight of said organization. He conducts himself with respectfull authority, purpose and fairness to all members. I have not used Roger for any realty issues but would certainly consider Roger when the time arrives to sell any of my real property. Roger is a hard worker, he has a disire to help people. He is my Friend.
