Roger Helped my Wife and I more than we excepted when something needed to be handled Roger was able to get it taken care of right away. Roger was always available when we needed him, and if he wasn;t you would get a call from him within 2 hours. Roger really made us feel like we mattered through the whole sale.

Could not have had a better realtor. We decided in March to move to Florida in June from New Jersey. I contacted Roger (random pick off a website) and he could not have been more helpful. He sent us property details that matched our criteria any time something came up. He went above and beyond coordinating and accomadating our schedule and last minute trips to Florida to view our prospective properties. He was patient and organized a marathon home viewing of 16 houses in one day. (More than once). Roger was helpful in every aspect from beginning to end. Every detail and aspect was made easy with his information and advice. He knows his stuff (and he's a really nice guy besides 😁). Roger was the reason for the entire process and transaction going smoothly and stress free.

As a first time home buyer Roger made the process an enjoyable one. I have learned a lot about the entire market and would call him back in a heartbeat. With Roger you get a very personal connection while also being steered in the right direction. With his abundant knowledge about the entire process he was very attentive and answered any questions I had. Even after closing he informed me that I am able to call him for any questions I might have. Roger is like that friend that would help whenever he can, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Our experiences with Roger were amazing! He was always very prompt, right from the start. If we had a question, he was very quick to answer, and he would waste no time reaching out to the buyer’s and seller’s realtors if he didn’t have the answers. He embraces technology and utilizes all of the tools available to make the buying and selling process easy and painless for his clients. We could always contact him at any time. I know I texted him a little too early in the morning on occasion, but he always responded quickly. He really knows the market, and he helped us make smart decisions throughout the entire process. Even after we had contracts pending, he continued to send us new listings which helped us stay informed of the market conditions and what was available. It was truly a pleasure to work with Roger, and I absolutely will recommend him to anyone.

Roger worked with us for four months while we tried to find our "perfect Florida" home. He persevered as we visited several different zip codes in the Orlando area and kept us up to date on new listings. Roger listened as we previewed many homes and helped us to discover what we were really looking for. At negotiations he put our interest first and worked out a great deal.
Roger was great at staying in touch and easy to communicate with; always answering text, emails or phone calls. I will use him again if we decide to look for investment properties and will recommend him to family and friends.

We could not have had the same positive experience buying our home without Roger Michaels. We were first-time home buyers buying a complicated foreclosure property, so we had lots of questions and concerns with the whole process up front. Roger explained every step of the process to us, helped us understand what each next step was and the "why" behind it along with timelines, and he counseled us on what courses of action to take along the way. Not only was Roger knowledgeable on the process, but he was friendly, patient, and easy to relate with, which made the process enjoyable. Roger was very responsive and positive. This was especially important during the home-search process, which can last a while and challenge your patience. Once we found the right home, Roger was able to negotiate extremely favorable terms for our contract. He definitely knew his stuff. In short, we will definitely use Roger again and we recommend him to anyone for their real-estate needs.

Even though we had a few hiccups with the seller Roger was in constant contact with us and stayed on top of things making it possible for us to Close on our dream home. I highly recommend using Roger if you are planning to purchase a home.
