Roger Parham

Roger Parham is a real estate founder, entrepreneur, speaker, philanthropist, and investor who lives and works in the Charlotte, NC area. As a full-service Real Estate Broker, licensed in North and South Carolina, with over 25 years in the real estate industry and more than $200 million in real estate career sales volume.
He has performed in leadership capacities at the national, state, and local Associations of Realtors. In 2017, Roger was elected and served as President of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association (CRRA), the Carolina Multiple Listing Service and the CCRA Housing Opportunity Foundation.

The Broker/Owner of Headline Realty from 2004-2011, Roger joined the Allen Tate Company s Leadership Team in 2011, and, through 2017, he led Team Headline at the company while also serving as Sales Manager of Tate’s University City office, managing 62 Brokers and employees.
