I have lived in the Baltimore/Harford County area all my life, and have owned several successful businesses in a variety of industries over the last 30 years. My owner's experience as a custom home builder, home improvement contractor, commercial service contractor, and OEM manufacturer has taught me priceless lessons in contract management, home construction, building codes, and cat herding that are all necessary Realtor functions – vital skills that they just don't teach in Realtor school.
