Roman Drukarov is a commercial and residential real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices based in Livingston, NJ. Roman graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers Business School in Newark, NJ where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance.
After graduation, Roman launched his career as a Mortgage-backed Security Pricing Analyst for the Ally Financials’ Capital Markets trading floor where he priced and bid on bulk mortgage offerings for the retention of Mortgage Servicing Rights. It was at Ally, where Roman acquired his knowledge in financial and economic analysis and gained a passion for real estate and which his clients rely on him for in their decision-making process.
He later went on to accept a position with Verizon Wireless’ Financial Planning and Analysis group where he structured and managed a $150MM Information Technology budget for the CIO. After climbing in rank, Roman was asked to help lead the largest initiative at Verizon Wireless in phasing out their legacy systems by implementing SAP for their Supply Chain Management software.
Roman has built a solid foundation of successfully guiding home buyers, flippers, real estate investors, developers, general contractors, portfolio owners and entrepreneurial buyers with both on and off-market commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset reposition and dispositions. In 2018, Roman represented clients in 50 closed transactions consisting of commercial leases and sales in retail, office, medical, industrial, land, bank owned, multi-family assets and portfolio dispositions making him one of the company’s top producers and earning him the 2018 BHHS rising star award. Roman also achieved the Gold Level of the 2018 NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman’s Gold Award, Top 1% of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties company-wide (top 10 out of 800+ agents) and the number one agent in the Livingston office.
