Our favorite realtor. This is the second time we have worked with Ron on a home purchase/sale in Anthem Ranch. Both experiences were top notch. He lives in the community and knows the Broomfield/Denver market better than anyone. He always goes out of his way to check in and verify all is going well. He made arrangements for us to go into similar homes for comparison. Ron recommended reliable local contractors (movers, electricians, cleaners, plumbers....) to prep the home before & after move in. Closings went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Very glad we used Ron! We had to sell the home of my elderly parents with medical issues which presented its own set of challenges. There is no way we could have done it so quickly without Ron's knowledge, team and contacts. It would have probably taken at least three times as long if not for all the help. We greatly appreciated how he worked with my parents and the patience everyone had with them. We also felt like Ron's suggested price was right on target and we were extremely happy with the selling price!

Great Realtor! We developed our relationship with Ron over a period of 18 months. Even before we definitely decided to move to Colorado from Illinois he was willing to spend a lot of time with us showing us the area and narrowing down what we wanted. We had several long distance emails and phone conversations, and he was always quick to get back to us with requested information. He showed a lot of patience with us with our various requests. I don’t know where to even begin when it comes to Ron. Thorough, compassionate, diligent, and charismatic. This is me trying to be concise as possible. I was an indecisive homebuyer and that didn’t matter to Ron. All he cared about was whether I got the right home for me and my fiancé. Start to finish everything went how I had hoped when dealing with a real estate agent. I cannot recommend Ron enough if you’re looking for a real estate agent. If you’re searching for someone reliable, your search has already concluded!

Spectacular realtor, a true gentleman. I first met Ron when I was helping to empty a house my mother-in-law was selling in Broomfield, and we immediately established a strong rapport. Not only did he sell this house for my mother-in-law at a better than expected price, working out a complex deal including a solar lease, but he also helped my wife and I with our home buying process in Denver.

After a few months of endless scrolling through online realty websites, Ron really helped us dial in our approach, giving us early access to properties we otherwise would never have found. He accompanied us on tours of at least 15 different houses in Denver and the surrounding suburbs, which he insisted we explore in order to build confidence in our decision as first-time home buyers. Exploring neighborhoods was invaluable and while we didn't find anything we loved in the suburbs, this process gave us a much stronger sense of what we liked in a home, and when the right home came on the market in our favorite neighborhood of Denver, Ron helped us quickly tour it and then craft a perfect offer that was accepted by the sellers within days. He helped us get our house for a great price and also helped us navigate all the ins and outs of this complicated process--recommending a superb inspector, negotiating with sellers and just generally being the deal-making asset we needed!

We highly recommend Ron to any and all buyers AND sellers. This guy knows it all!

We just sold another home with Ron! We had such a good experience with him two years ago that we asked him to represent us again. Why? Because Ron knows the market, he knew how to showcase our house, and he went the extra mile to make sure we had a smooth and successful sale. Ron understands that selling a home can be stressful. Ron is an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with!

Selling my parent’s house while also managing their life transition and care to the next part of their journey, and my husband working full-time felt like it would be a nightmare.

Ron made it as smooth and easy as it could be, from cleaning the outside of the house, trimming the yard himself and organizing painters and stagers he made it so easy for me to concentrate only on what I needed to do.

His understanding of the area, pricing, attention to detail and the demographics of potential buyers ensured that we had the house staged perfectly.

His experience and knowledge shone through at every stage of the process. Some of the advice he gave, based on knowledge of the types of buyers we were aiming at, were pure gold. Simple improvements that made all the difference.

From our first meeting he always kept me informed about his expectations and equally he understood, and paid attention to, my expectations.

Ron is a true team player, I always felt that he was on my side. It was always, ‘we need to get this done, and I will help you’, never, ‘you need to sort this out’. Even to the level of taking the trash out and putting the trashcans back in the garage when I could not be at the house, there was nothing that Ron would not help with.

Ron’s professionalism as evident, but it was his warm and caring personality that made us feel at ease. Our home sold very quickly, within the first two days of going on the market.
