About Ronald

The individual was raised in the Madison Park area of Seattle and graduated from Roosevelt High School. They attended college in Seattle. After college they had the opportunity to travel the world with a major US airline. They were able to visit the places they had dreamed about as a young boy and meet many important people who have shaped the history of our world. Traveling the world helped to round their personal growth and develop a greater understanding and appreciation for all cultures. They returned to the Puget Sound area in the late 1980's where they married their wife Cynthia and now have three wonderful children and two energetic dogs.

The individual has over thirty years’ experience in the customer service, marketing, and sales fields. They worked for major companies such as K-Mart and Proctor and Gamble. They are very skilled at negotiations and problem solving. They can think quickly on their feet thus allowing the best possible outcome for all parties involved.

After taking an early retirement from the airlines in the late 1990's, the individual decided to pursue their passion for real estate. Their first year in the field they received "Rookie of the Year". They have a reputation for honesty and integrity in this Industry. They collaborate with top builders and contractors, which keeps them knowledgeable about the residential market. Their knowledge and expertise of the real estate market allows them to represent the client in almost any transaction. They are a Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE), Internet Marketing Specialist (IMS) and a Short Sale Specialist with Advanced Strategies training.

The process of looking for or buying real estate can be stressful. They incorporate a light -hearted enjoyment into this process to put all parties at ease and make the transaction go as smoothly as possible.
