I have been involved in the real estate arena for 30+ years as both an attorney, investor and property manager. In real estate, I have always found that the greatest challenge for buyers is moving from a signed contract to a successful closing. Because of my legal background, I have a keen ability to foresee problems that could be lurking around the corner and to find the right solution to keep the transaction on track. More important, a successful agent has to be a great listener and understand what the client is trying to accomplish. My clients know that I will listen to them and offer them the best counsel and advice in connection with the sale or purchase of a home. I've lived in Stamford for 20+ years and have an in-depth knowledge of this community and all that it has to offer. In my "off-time", I love traveling, rooting for my New York Mets and playing drums.
