Ronda values her continued relationships with clients and the referrals of their family and friends that have continued to grow her business. Ronda discovered her love of Real Estate when she started her professional career in 1982 as the assistant to the President of Property Management for Old National Bank. Although she primarily dealt with commercial real estate, it sparked her desire to learn more. In 1989, Ronda became a licensed real estate broker and started her career helping sellers, buyers, and investors with all their real estate needs. Being in the industry this long, Ronda has experience navigating and enduring the highs and lows of the market. What keeps Ronda going is the joy she gets from handing keys to a first-time home buyer, or helping a seller make a sale of their home, or helping an investor find a property they can fix and flip! Serving hundreds of clients and their referrals has helped her develop sharp skills in problem solving, negotiating, protecting her clients, and putting their needs first. Ronda is a born and raised Washingtonian who grew up in the small town of Odessa and moved to the west side a few years after graduating high school. In 1987, Ronda married her high school sweetheart. In 1994, They moved their family to Gig Harbor where they raised three girls (all graduates of Peninsula High School). Ronda cherished being involved in their soccer programs and golf teams and loved volunteering in their classrooms. In her spare time Ronda enjoys boating, gardening, vacations with her family, gathering with friends and family in her backyard for barbeques and pickleball, and taking her Labradoodle, Barley, for walks to the beach.
