I knew of Rondalyn's work ethic from our time volunteering together at our children's school, so I wasn't surprised when I would see posts on her Facebook on the awards she would receive as a top producer. Those are a few of the reasons that went into having her be one of two possible agents we considered when we decided to relist our house with a different agent after an initial 6 months on the market produced nothing.

Rondalyn had a great plan in place before we even signed to have her represent us. We had already been listed with another agent and that was not a pleasant experience. Meeting with Rondalyn the first time she had a professional marketing plan laid out for me to see in her portfolio that showed what would be included for our home from mailers, internet, emails to agents and more. It really wasn't a choice after my initial meeting with Rondalyn, I had to go with her as my agent. Being a divorced couple and selling the family home is not always a fun situation. Rondalyn's professionalism was all that was needed, we both agreed that she was the perfect choice for both of us.

She followed through and after every phase of marketing was completed, she would send us an email or text message to show us what the final product looked like and communicated with us clearly on what date it would be going live or being sent out.

Rondalyn was simply the most amazing agent we have ever had. As a divorced couple, she kept us both updated and had an excellent plan to get us the most money possible for the sale of our home. She kept us informed every step of the way and we always knew where we stood in the process and if there was a delay and why. Rondalyn made sure that we got all of the documents completed that we needed to as well as making sure that everyone else got their respective jobs done to ensure that the process of selling our home went as smoothly as possible. Considering all of the hurdles that we were up against, she handled it all with professionalism and kindness. She truly cares about her clients and what is in their best interest, and she is also compassionate towards the other party and their situation as well. We were beyond lucky to have made such a good choice the second time around.

We ultimately chose to have Rondalyn represent us in selling our home because of her professionalism, her promptness in responding to all of our questions and concerns and how knowledgeable she was with all aspects of our area. Rondalyn went above and beyond what would normally be expected of an agent. When we did our initial walk through, all of her suggestions were spot on, were within
our budget and they made a BIG difference. I really am not able to say enough about how Rondalyn did everything she could to get us the best offer available to us, and she did. She made it happen and didn't stop working until everyone did their part.

Aside from all of that, the most important part of what Rondalyn Solano did for us was to give us peace of mind. We really are not able to thank her enough.

I cannot believe how hard Rondalyn Solano works. This woman is so amazing. Her work ethic is like no other. I moved to Sacramento from the Bay Area, and did not know where to start...I wanted to live in a Great Neighborhood with the Best Schools for my daughters. Luckily I got Rondalyn’s name and number from a friend of mine. From the minute I met Rondalyn I knew I was in good hands. Top notch communication even late into the evening, she always keep me informed and answered my questions. I would highly recommend her 100 times over. Thank you Rondalyn for finding my Forever Home!!
