My name is Rondene Wanner, the principal broker of Aloha Real Estate LLC. I am licensed in both Vermont and Hawaii. My experience in real estate began as a loan clerk in the mid 1980’s for Hanover Bank & Trust when interest rates were in the double digits, promoted to the loan supervisor, to the last man standing as the bank merged and converted from loan ledger cards to a computer system for the very first time. On to managing a mortgage satellite branch for US Bancorp in Kailua Kona Hawaii before returning home to Vermont in the late 1990’s. Opportunity to move to Las Vegas brought me to years of coordinating escrow for as many as seven luxury real estate agents working with Concordia Homes, closing fine estate home track housing during the housing boom. In the late 2000’s following the experience of the 2008 housing crisis, I moved into commercial real estate analyzing large scale commercial real estate acquisitions for Inland Real Estate. I was promoted to their main Chicago offices, the largest publicly traded REIT at the time. Today, after working as a real estate sales agent for several different Vermont & Hawaii agencies and franchises, I’ve stepped out on my own, only advertising by word-of-mouth, bringing Sellers a product believed to be a trending in the real estate market today.
