Sometimes it is just hard to find the appropriate words to express the beautiful actions of others. This is where I find myself as I form a review of my Realtors and friends, Curt Johnson and Roni Coffer. Not long after the death of my husband, I contacted Curt & Roni to start the process of moving closer to some of my kids and grands. Action began immediately. Assessing the needs of our family home of 50+ years including some construction, landscaping, advertising and the beautiful staging. Much to my surprise, after the first open house, we were presented an offer $26k over asking!!!! Needless to say, Curt, Roni and I were thrilled. After less than a month, we finalized the sale of my home and I am in my new home visiting my family nearby. Roni was very easy to communicate with, and she quickly understood the type of home we were looking for. With her knowledge of how to work through the maze of real estate listings, keeping the pricing we were looking for in mind, her expertise, knowledge of the area, and track record in the business - won us over. Roni has a wonderful, friendly demeanor and a very positive attitude. She is also very organized which made working with her very easy. Roni always responded to our calls, and/or text messages even after hours or on the weekends.

Her willingness to help us find the perfect house even though we were 10hrs + apart, was amazing! She did several videos of potential homes, and I loved how synced we were in ideas of what would be best for the next chapter of our lives. She truly is a master at keeping all the facts in order. My husband and I are only 21 and have never bought a home, only renting and Roni & Curt were so welcoming, helpful, kind and informative in guiding us about the process as young home buyers. Roni and Curt were amazing at defending for us and helping us to meet our budget while encouraging us to find the home we will truly love. We had issues with Veteran’s United over 5 times which delayed our move in process (not anything to do with Roni and Curt) but Roni was so diligent and supportive in fighting against the resistance and reassuring us that everything would be okay. They are such sweet souls which you don’t typically see a lot in California. We support Roni and Curt wholeheartedly and we know they take their job very seriously. They’re intentional, efficient, genuine, and quite comical which is always needed during a time of stress. We love them as our family and they’ve done nothing but above and beyond for us ❤️. If I could, I would give this a billion stars and I am not exaggerating 😂.

My partner and I moved into our home about 2 months ago. This dream is only a reality thanks to the sage advice and hard work of Curt and Roni. We came with high expectations and a wishy-washy timeline at best. Our apartment flooding had us living in a hotel for over a month, and when we saw our perfect fit the team moved like cheetahs to help us get our ducks in a row and walk us through the buying process with white-glove service. Responsive, highly knowledgeable on the areas we looked at, tough on negotiations and honest with us in what to expect. I could not have asked for a better team! Even better, after moving in, they have not walked away. I was looking for a realtor to sell my home in North Park, a community within the City of San Diego. I knew of a Broker, Bobby Edelson, Century 21 Award in Mission Valley on Hazard Ctr. Drive, and lived in North Park for many years, so knew it like the back of his hand. As a retired single female, I knew I wanted someone I could trust. I contacted Bobby, and he introduced me to Roni Coffer and Curt Johnson. Roni and Curt, led me by the hand and had their photographer take pictures of my home, including drone pictures. They had closed many transactions, with the same Escrow and Title company staff, and the entire transaction worked like a finely tuned machine. My house sold in four days. I closed escrow on my old house, one day, closed escrow on my new house the next day and had movers move me the following day, all before my cataract surgery the day after that. My buyer wanted a 15 day escrow, but he agreed to a 30 day or sooner negotiation by Roni. It was a whirlwind, but thanks to Bobby for steering me to Roni and Curt and thanks to them for the knowledge and their experienced "team".... mission accomplished. It was a fast pace, and collaborative effort, but collectively we did it and I would highly recommend them to anyone, buying or selling property.

We decided to sell our home in San Diego and move across country to Florida to be closer to family (no small feat with a 4 year old, 2 year old, and newborn baby). A friend suggested we chat with Curt and Roni to get educated and understand what our options were. We learned so much from our very first meeting and we were presented with many options we didn’t even know existed and certainly had not considered. At our next meeting my wife said she just wanted to push the “easy” button for the home sale and Curt promised his and Roni’s names were on that button - I couldn't agree more!
