Ronit came to Long Island from Israel in 1979 and is an alumnus of Hofstra and Stony Brook Universities. She was a top sales executive in the garment center for 10 years with the highest annual sales records in her field. She has taught for many years in the religious school at Temple Judea in Manhasset. She is fluent in Hebrew and has been an active member of the Roslyn community since 1986. She is a trophy winning tennis player in Roslyn as well. She attended high school in Port Washington and also lived in Great Neck, giving her extensive experience with many neighborhoods in the area.
