Roosevelt is my trusted realtor for 7 years now. He helped me buy 2 houses, rent 1, and sold 2, all went as smooth as possible. He went above and beyond, took care everything from a to z until the closing date. We even got much better deal than listing price. Lastly sometimes you just need a realtor works well with you and bring a little luck, he sure have all these qualifications! Highly recommended!

I recently listed and sold a home in northern NJ with Dawn Buldo of KW Valley Realty. Although I am am licensed broker in NJ, I am not active in residential real estate and decided to instead hire a professional that sells homes for a living. I have known Dawn from high school and although not keeping closely in touch, I remember her to be a person of integrity and hard work. Well, some things never change and thankfully neither has Dawn. She was extremely helpful in getting us to a successful closing and working through the inevitable bumps along the way.

Having worked with Roosevelt in the past on the sale of my parents home and finding a rental, Roosevelt was who I immediately thought of when it was time to purchase my home.

He's knowledgeable, professional, experienced, available, and worked to get me a home I wanted in my preferred area and price range during Covid when some sellers were limiting showings, taking precautions for Covid, and getting well above asking.

Being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions/concerns for the biggest purchase I'll probably ever make and drawing on his experience he was able to answer them all immediately or in a timely manner to my satisfaction 7 days a week.

From finding a lawyer, to a home inspection, to insurance, to having relationships with other realtors and being able to find things out that sped up the process Roosevelt walked me through it all. Roosevlet was also able to lead me in the right direction about additional work needed on my home.

Incidentally my work has brought me in contact with others who know Roosevelt personally and professionally and they all speak very highly of him.

A lot of us have had the unfortunate experience of having buyers remorse, but this experience with Roosevelt has left me no ill feelings and NO stone was left unturned.

I don't usually write reviews but in this case it's my pleasure. If you're in the market for a realtor I highly recommend Roosevelt.

Buying a home is stressful. We all know that. Buying a home during a global pandemic, with competition at its peak, is almost unbearable. Roosevelt Hall
is well regarded, extremely knowledgeable, responsive and patient. I didn't know a Cape from a Colonial or anything in between. Roosevelt listened, help me to identify my "must haves" and guided me through to the closing transaction with precision. He has a keen sense of when to move and more importantly, when to wait. I was fortunate to have him as my agent!!

Paula Franklin did a wonderful job helping me and my stepmother stay on task to get our property suitable and habitable. With her staging background, she was able to give us great advice on how to present our house for current rental and a possible future sale. Not only was Paula helpful with the staging advice she gave, she was also helpful mending the relationship between my self and my stepmother which was less than amicable. My relationship with my stepmother has vastly improved. Thank you Paula. Now our house is in order :-) she also found us the perfect tenant for this space.Now we are finally out of the RED and it into the black with this property.
