Rosa is a great realtor and all around great person! She will give you a honest opinion. I had the privilege of buying my first home and just recently selling my home so I have worked with her as a buyer and seller and both experiences were great! Rosa assisted with finding contractors for renovations to get the house ready to sell so that was a relief so I could focus on my out of state relocation. I recommend Rosa for homeownership as she has knowledge in all real estate areas.

Rosa helped me and my wife purchase our first home. As first time home buyers the process can be overwhelming and confusing at times, but she was with us every step of the way and broke everything down. Even when we would go look at house he would give her opinion on how much things would cost to renovate, replace, or fix! With Rosa it never felt like she was pushing a house on us so she could make a sale and it felt like she was genuinely trying to find us a house we loved. Would recommend her 10 times out of 10!

Rosa Hill was super responsive in returning my calls, info I would ask for, handling other participating agents as well as the closing on my behalf, all while not making me feel pushed timewise, at any time. Being a retired Re Est agent myself, Rosa is of the highest standard of professionalism, and exceptionalism. (Exceptionalism is not actually on a real word but it fits)

Rosa is an excellent agent, but more importantly an honest, personable, hardworking individual. My wife and I were new home buyers without any experience home shopping. I could go on and on about how amazing Rosa has been for me, but you really have to experience it for yourself! As a first time home buyer I knew nothing let alone where to start. But Rosa was there to answer all my questions and was very responsive. She was always positive, compassionate, and even helped me stay on track when I was starting to go in the wrong direction.
After putting in 6 offers, and not winning any of them, we ended up back at the neighborhood we started in. That is where I found the perfect place for me! We loved Rosa! We had a long list of things we were looking for in a house and she was so patient and kind with us. She worked around our schedule and met us anytime we could meet. We ended up getting to see a house at the very last minute (thanks to Rosa checking and setting up a viewing 10 min before we were there) and we were 1 of 3 offers that day. If we had waited till our original viewing time, the next day, we would have lost the opportunity to buy the house. Thanks to Rosa we got the house and closed a month later! Love Rosa and would highly recommend her!
