About Rosa

Rosa loves what she does and would like to share it with her clients. She and her husband, Mike, relocated to Lubbock in 2005 from Florida. Mike was born in Lubbock, TX and Rosa is originally from southern Spain. Before she moved to Lubbock, she served in an outreach ministry to the less fortunate for 17 years. She founded the ministry in 1988, and in the last 5 years extend the ministry to Honduras helping local churches to set up feeding programs, medical clinics, aids orphanages, and building prison chapels.

Rosa feels that her business is a continuation of the ministry. Her years of service to others continues to drive her actions even as she has taken on a new chapter. She enjoys helping her customers accomplish their goals and works very hard at providing the best service possible. She also considers each one of her customers a blessing and a friend.

As a parent and grandparent Rosa understands the feelings and concerns that parents have as they send their kids off to college. She understands the importance of finding the best home possible. Parents must take into consideration many factors like location, pricing, and the rental market. Finding the right home helps bring peace of mind to families who are sending their sons/daughters to live in Lubbock.
