Rosy and her team were such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire home buying process. We started with a new build in San Marcos, after waiting months while interest rates started to climb, we decided to withdraw our contract and purchase an existing home. Our family is blessed to have Rosy as our realtor. We were in a rush to buy a house. Rosy pulled together a list of houses that fit our criteria. We flew down and looked at a ton of houses! We are so fortunate to have found Rosa Orozco as our Realtor, she helped us to buy a condo 5 years ago and now she helped us to find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price.
