Rose Dennison

Born in Kearney, Nebraska; Rose moved to Anchorage, Alaska where she began her career in Real Estate. After too many cold winter days Rose and her husband Ken relocated to the Valley of the Sun and started Dennison Construction building custom homes and Rose selling them.

Rose has consistently ranked in the top 3 percent of all of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty Sales Associates in Arizona.

With over 29 years of real estate experience, Rose has an extensive knowledge of the community, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service – all crucial elements in this industry.

Rose has earned her success through a genuine interest in each client, Seller, and Buyer. “The ideal transaction is one in which both Seller and Buyer are happy when the sale is concluded,” is her motto.

In their leisure time, Rose and her husband Ken enjoy fishing, golf, and antique cars. We are members of the Classic Club of America, Auburn – Cord – Duesenberg Club, and Cadillac and LaSalle Club. They own a 1935 Auburn Supercharged Cabriolet and a 1940 V-16 Cadillac and enjoy showing their antique cars at car events with the proceeds benefiting various charity organizations.
