About Rose

Hello, and thank you for viewing my profile and my listings! I have enjoyed an amazing career in Residential Real Estate since June of 1980. I spent the first 28 years of my career in Atlanta, GA. I started working for a national Builder upon graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Building Construction Sciences and Management. I built homes for the national builder Ryan Homes, then I went into sales with that same builder. At a time of 16-18% interest rates in the U.S., I sold 10 homes my first month in sales. Some years later I learned residential financing, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA and FHA. I was a loan officer for with Wells Fargo for many years. I sat onsite for many builders as the lender, in an effort to help sales staff get their deals closed.
I also received a designation with FHA for Appraisal underwriting.
I moved to Naples, FL February of 2008. I worked on site for Centex Homes, and then went into General Real Estate in 2010.
I LOVE REAL ESTATE and PEOPLE. Selling real estate for me is not a job. It is my natural Joy! I love what I do, and I do it with great passion. I very much love construction and all the details of the construction of a home. It is my honor to help people make the best real estate deal for them, and to do so with as little stress for them as possible.
