Rose Mary is outstanding. My family and I moved to Michigan last year, and Rose Mary helped us with not only finding the perfect home, but educated us on all of the areas, and researched any questions we had for any particular house we were interested in. Being in PA at the time we were looking for a home, she went above and beyond with virtual walk throughs, explaining different HOA rules for communities, and giving us good information on what would be necessary for negotiating a home, etc. Rose is a phenomenal sales/business professional, and I am glad we have her in the event we ever need to sell or buy a home moving forward. If you want a relator that will fight for you and go above and beyond, then Rode Mary is your perfect fit for your next home purchase/sale.

Rosemary Simms is a great realtor. She helped us buy our first house in 2015, then helped us sell that house and now is helping us find another house. She is very patient with all our requests and all the time it’s taking us to find the perfect house.

Rose is definitely a VERY knowledgeable and remarkable realtor. Prior to working with Rose I worked with 2 other realtors and felt pressured by the other realtors to purchase a home, but not while working with Rose. With a new position and a busy work schedule I was looking for a realtor to accommodate my schedule. I found this and so much more in Rose along with her quick response time. When I started working with Rose, I learned more about purchasing a home than the other 2 realtors combined together. She met with me to assess my preferences for a new home along with educating me on the home buyer process. As a first time home buyer this was so beneficial during the process. In addition, Rose goes above and beyond to make sure you are able to view the homes of your interest all the way through the closing process. Even in bad weather conditions if I expressed a interest in a home Rose made sure I was able to view the home. In addition, Rose shows that she cares about the interest of those she conduct business with on a professional and personal basis. I can definitely continue to write so much more. :-) If you are looking for a realtor, Rose is definitely the best choice.
