I’m Rose Sklar, Founder of the Sklar Team, and I’ve been a licensed real estate professional since 1989. Originally from New Jersey, I earned my degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Rutgers University. Early in my career, I served as Catering Sales Director at a country club, where I developed a strong foundation in marketing, negotiation, and client experience. That background shaped my approach to real estate and made my transition into the industry a natural progression.
My husband, Dean, and I relocated to Weston, where we raised our two children in the city’s top-rated schools. Living the Weston lifestyle firsthand allowed me to build deep roots in the community and develop an extensive network of high-end buyers and sellers. I don’t just sell Weston. I live it. My knowledge of the city, its neighborhoods, and its market dynamics comes from decades of hands-on experience and is widely recognized.
Having relocated myself, I’m especially passionate about helping families navigate moves and new beginnings. My greatest strength lies in listing strategy, advising clients on preparation, staging, pricing, and the creation of marketing plans designed to generate strong demand and achieve top value. I’m known for a thoughtful, data-driven approach paired with a strong understanding of buyer psychology at the luxury level.
